The Free Sweat Clinic is a monthly 90-minute exercise bootcamp for youth, currently shared with 25 recreation centers and 250 participants. Universities can also participate through college tours or upon request.

Marquis began his professional career at the Enoch Pratt Free Library and later transitioned to the school system during the pandemic. He worked with middle school students in math and technology classes and became a Registered Yoga Instructor in 2022. He now uses tools such as yoga, music, writing, podcasting, and meditation to enhance the lives of community members.
